Grooming Clients!! We’ve missed you! We are beyond excited to be able to serve your pets again, beginning on Friday May 29th.
To keep everyone as safe and as comfortable as possible, we will be making the following changes to our pick-up/drop off process (starting May 29):
Drop Off
- All pick-up and drop offs will be made via curbside.
- The front side walk will have color coded cones with your groomers name, at your appointment time. Your Groomer will meet you at your assigned cone where we will place our leash on your pet and you can take your leash and collar home.
Pick Up
- All pick-up and drop offs will be made via curbside.
- We will call you once your pet’s grooming is finished.
- When you arrive, please call to let us know you are here and we will bring your freshly groomed pooch back out to you.
Payment
- Payment can be made by cash, check or card upon arrival or at pickup.
- We can also add any pet supplies that you would like to purchase from the store to your order and bring them to your vehicle.
Safety
- Masks will be worn by employees during all customer contact as well as extra cleaning in between appointments.
24Hour Cancellation Notice Required
- To ensure every pet is done in a timely manner, we will be requiring a 24hour cancellation notice. If we do not have proper notice or you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a $20 fee added to your next appointment.
Special Note
- At this time, we will not be allowing any human clients back in the salon or accepting any walk-in appointments or inquiries. If you have a question for a groomer or would like an appointment, please give us a call at 269-353-3332 ext 2.
We are working as fast as we can to get through these phone calls but unfortunately, we are working with a limited staff so please continue to be patient with us as we try to get everyone back in the books.
